Our Team

BHK’s community-based programs are the gold standard of comprehensive early education, and our teaching staff are some of the most trained and qualified early childhood professionals in the region.

The first five years of life are a period of incredible growth in children. Thus, it is imperative that the early childhood workforce have the knowledge and competencies necessary to optimize children’s development and prepare them for current and future success.

Program excellence is built on a workforce that promotes continuous learning. Professional development is a cornerstone of this process. It includes gaining new knowledge, skills, and abilities, along with experience and competencies that relate to one’s profession, job responsibilities, or work environment.

BHK ensures all staff, consultants, and contractors have sufficient knowledge, training, experience, and competencies to fulfill the roles and duties of their position.
